Laurel Bank, Bowness on Windermere

A full design and build project by DG Building Contractors, transforming an outdated extension into a modern family home. The works included the complete demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a new steel-framed extension to create a spacious kitchen and living area flooded with natural light.

The project incorporated complex crane lifts, air-source heating installation, and the addition of a new garage and front extension. Externally, the home was completed with a full garden redesign and landscaping overhaul, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
